7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

At Greexe, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY (7 DAYS)

• Product is unused and in its original packaging.
• You want to exchange it for another product available on our store.
• Request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Price Difference: If new product price is higher, you pay the difference. If lower, the balance will be given as store credit.

2. RETURN POLICY - FAULTY / DAMAGED

If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, it will be returned / replaced.
