1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1 day after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays may cause slight delays, but we always strive to prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible.

2. SHIPPING METHOD & DESTINATIONS

We offer standard shipping for all orders across Pakistan through our trusted carriers. Currently we ship within Pakistan only.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after shipment. Weather conditions or logistics issues may cause slight delays.

5. ORDER TRACKING & CONFIRMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a message with a tracking number. You will also receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Self-pickup from our office in Sargodha is also available.
